Warehouse to Scientific Lab

Usually when we talk about our specialty work, we’re discussing custom home theaters, sound studios, secure spaces, luxury remodels, or special construction needs such as noise abatement or acoustic enhancement, but this was different.

Our specialized expertise was put to a new test in this project; converting a warehouse into a veterinary compounding pharmacy for Mix Lab. The project required pressurized clean rooms and pharmaceutical compounding rooms constructed to scientific standards. The construction was fast-tracked; our team prepped, built, finished, and delivered the completed lab in just 3 months; on time and on budget.
